Waterproof Works
Heavy leaks through the gutter. This was previously waterproofed with bitumen membrane, joint sealants...
The damaged sections of the gutter were repaired and reinforced with 0.7mm aluminium sheet strips. After a coat of Epoxy Primer, 100% Pure Polyurea was spray applied, and a Aliphatic Pu top coat applied. Water was held in the gutter for more than 12 hours. Zero Leaks.
