The retaining wall has been totally destroyed by efflorescence, leaks...
The plaster applied on the wall, during the construction phase, is of such poor quality - it was crumbling.
High Pressure Wash at 3000psi to remove all moss, loose substrates etc.
After two coats of Hydro-Shield deep penetrating PU-Acrylic hybrid sealer, the wall was replastered using Eka-Coat MAPM.
Eka-Coat MAPM is a modified plaster system, which is easy to apply and faster cure properties.
Eka-Coat Hydro-Shield Light-Weight Cementitious Acrylic Coat (LCA) is rolled in Five coats.
LCA protects the wall from further efflorescence.
Waterproofing works completed, the wall is ready for colourful coats.
